ps. if you can't tell by my time of posts- my sleeping routine is complete backwards right now, it's embarrassing. but it's times like these where i find my creative energy flowing. always when it feels like the whole world is sleeping.

pps. i found this website that allows you to turn your blog into a book. i have been told many times that i should do something like this. & i would love to pick my favorite posts, edit them and publish it for myself. but since i have had some interest from readers, i would love to know if anyone is interested.

so remember that 30 day challenge thing? because i sure as hell forgot. i obviously failed, but i figured i would finish the list, okay here goes nothing...

Day 07 - A song that reminds you of a certain event- 1901 by Phoenix reminds me of Bonarroo, they played on Sunday & it was my favorite set of the whole weekend!!! ahhh take me back!

Day 08 - A song that you know all the words to- i tend to learn the words to every song i become obsessed with... but "Take Me Baby or Leave Me" from Rent is one i've known forever. it's a really fun song!! hehe

Day 13 - A song that is a guilty pleasure- oh easy, anything from musicals. "Defying Gravity" from Wicked, all time favorite Broadway showtune. also "Popular" from wicked, "Seasons of Love" from RENT, and "On My Own" from Les Mis
Day 14 - A song that no one would expect you to love- I really love Lady Antebellum and Taylor Swift. those are the only 2 country artist that remain with my southern persona. faves are "All We'd Ever Need", "Need You Now", "Ready To Love Again", and "I Was Here" by Lady A & "Breathe", "Forever & Always", & "The Way I Loved You" by swizzle

Leighten Meester, oh i adore this girl from Marco Island, Florida...
so i know i'm a little late but i just got caught up on the end of the last season of Gossip Girl since the new seaons starts mid sept. but watching reminded me how much i love Leighton Meester. i think she is really talented... you truly believe her as this drama queen that rules all of Manhattan, aka Blair. but she is so different in real life. i think she has a lot of versatility & i hope her career continues to do well.
oh & i also admire how she has taken a stab at the music business as well, because she loves singing as well as acting... sounds familiar :)

... wait, i am obsessed with this quote, because it is so true!!! i have never seen someone say this--- with the little experience i have, the waiting is already my BIGGEST battle. even in class, you will go for a week and sometimes only get to do your scene like once. the acting really is what makes everything worth it. it can be such a rush!!! ahhhhhh.
