End of spring semester was about lack of responsibilities & lots of parties. I figured I would go out with my friends, since they knew I was leaving. But I still never really enjoyed the college scene. Don't get me wrong, there were definitely some good times. But the previous months I had been working so hard to get ready for my audition and then I had nothing to do (other than oh yeah school work? that doesnt count...)

USC weekend.

This was another favorite weekend. It was the U of A vs. USC football game @ USC & by some miracle we won. So the wildcat pride was out of control. I enjoyed it because it was the best of both worlds, one night out in LA with the girls & the next a full blown college day of craziness. I also spent a lot of time with Tyler in Pasadena with his chef crew. Which the two of us kept getting lost in the ghettoooo areas of USC when we were trying to find my friends. It's all about the adventures.

Literally, Sam called me up the night before & asked me if I wanted to go to a Tiesto concert the next night? (Sunday night that is) UMMM YEES PLEASE. so Sam, TJ, Philip & I ventured off to phoenix to be complete and total techno groupies. & I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We were so stoked on life after this night that we SERIOUSLY did not want it to end. As we saw it we had 2 options: drive to the Grand Canyon or stay up all night. If it were my sole decision the Grand Canyon would have had some lovely visitors. But smartie pants like Sam and TJ cared too much about sleep and school... you know the less of my priorities.
So, we didn't make it through the whole night, or even a movie at this rate. No one could decide on a channel until we became so interested in "BOLT" which I was the only person who had seen it & I was laughing too hard at them trying to figure out what the hell was going on with this crazy cartoon dog... so i was no help. The night ended smoothly as me & Philip cleverly created the theory that DJ Tiesto is a bat. LOGICALLY the only way he can make it around the world as fast as he does to make people happy with his musical sensations. satisfied with our new found knowledge we dozed off dreaming of concerts in the future...

LOTION. hahaha, long story. anyways fall highlights= family weekend, halloween in Santa Barbara & USC football gameFamily weekend was a lot of fun! The whole Foley clan gathered in Tucson, Arizona and it got pretty rowdy. I don't even know who we played that weekend, nor do I care...

Wow, Halloween in Santa Barbara was incredible. It was an adventure from the get go. Lauren & I missed the train to SB from LA, so we decided to party at USC for the first night & then brilliantly plan on taking the 6 am train... which SOMEHOW we actually did. I was a bit freaked out when I woke up, looked to the left: NO Lauren. looked to the right: NO Lauren. tip toed awkwardly around this mysterious house that I was in: NO LAUREN> well fuck, I'm going back to sleep... DUN DUN DUN>>> she arrives, sailor suit & heels in hand. the whole ordeal. From there we proceeded to the station a little out of it & we seriously contemplated getting bagels and waiting for 3 hours for the next train. Thankfully, i pulled my logics together and snapped Lauren out of this trance... Does not stop here my friend. We then are scrounging for food (tiny cereal boxes) as we get approached by creeper #1: a CRAZY CAT LADY, who was oddly obsessed with me and told me her favorite cat's name was Samantha... thank you Lauren for not allowing her to kidnap me. creeper McCreepster #2: an african american midget also inthralled by the fact that I was an acting major.... maybe he just wanted friends. REGARDLESS, too early for that weirdness.

.... eventually, we made it to SB and partied our faces off. Literally someone was a gorilla every night with a different theme & the head always came off. I got lost a few times trying to find Tyler & then lost my purse. Which dont even worry, found it the next day... UNDER the fucking gorilla head. REALLY? no pictures that night bc of the gorilla head. Now my life is officially a joke. gahhh. Last night was a series of delusional HILARIOUS conversations started by James... in Lauren's words "we have never laughed so hard, we felt as if we were going to throw up" SO um yes, great great weekend. I hope to make it there this year too! (after HARD Halloween)

U of A football is one thing I will miss a lot! It is definitely one of the best perks to going to a big university. Game days are ALWAYS insane. With drunk people ranging from underage to grandparents. Tailgates, beer, food, fun, FRATTiNG it UP! Fiji-- you phi gams are always number one in my heart.

Lets just say, there is always a party at the U of A.

Oh wait, now I get confused again... Why am I the only girl here who hates going to frats every single night!? Wait why are there so many cactus? WAIT WHY DO I LIVE IN TUCSON!? get me the hell outta here... big city detox. roUGH.

When I got back to Arizona I walked right into recruitment week. Most miserable 2 weeks of my life haha but it was great bonding time with the girls in the BEST sorority at the U of A. Love you all. TLAM. xxx
